We have developed a customer portal under Hydrogen/Oxygen, which points to a subdomain of our main site. The connection to the customer portal is done with the Customer Account API. It seems that Shopify does not share sessions between the main domain and subdomains. As a result, when the customer goes to checkout, he is not recognized, which distorts our conversion rate. At the same time as our Customer Portal Hydrogen, we activated the new customer account for authentication and since then we no longer have access to the customer object in liquid which is annoying for tracking. A solution for that too?
I am not sure I totally understand your use case. Are you using the regular online store sales channel but linking to a hydrogen customer account portal?
