So we are finding of late that we cannot add a new subdomain for customer accounts.
If we recall correctly, previously clicking on the “Manage” button below would open up a modal to enter a subdomain for customer accounts with ‘account’ as the suggested name.
Now it simply takes you over to the domain settings where you can add a new domain manually. However since there is no way to set a new domain as a customer accounts domain from there, it leaves us stuck.
Anyone else experiencing this? Or is there a workaround? Or are we just missing something here?
