I am not sure if this is the right category for this thread.
Developing a custom app for my store as the apps in do not have all the required features. From shopify documentation, it looks like Delivery customisations (such as custom rates by post codes) can be applied only for stores on Shopify plus plan. Is my understanding correct? Or there are ways to do it for stores in Basic plan?
