How can I edit message for B2B customers not yet approved.

Reproduction steps
We use B2B when someone applies for an account, but has yet to be approved. If they attempt to log in, they get an odd message. “You don’t have permission to place B2B orders for Tsavorite Factory. Log out to place a personal order.” It seems nothing I have access to can edit that. And I’m not sure I can direct someone to his custom page. Please help.
