Embedded App Checks not updating

Embedded App Checks is not showing up for out app. This is now over 4 weeks. We have a commitment to several stores that are expecting to use our application this week. The current slow pace of the troubleshooting and review process is unfortunately hindering our ability to go live as planned.

  1. **Our API authenticates session tokens correctly** - we have logs proving this
  2. **We follow Shopify’s exact JWT specification** - validated against jwt.io
  3. **We use the official App Bridge library** - no custom authentication
  4. **Multiple test scenarios pass** - valid tokens, expired tokens, wrong shop tokens

Checker’s Limitation:

Your automated system appears to be looking for specific user interaction patterns or DOM elements that may not match our app’s architecture. This is a **tooling problem**, not an implementation problem.

What We’ve Done

**Logged into development store multiple times**
**Generated extensive user interaction data**
**Waited over 24 hours**
**Built continuous session token testing** that runs 24/7
**Verified with multiple shops, browsers and user scenarios**

@Liam-Shopify can you pls DM me the details as I ran into same issue and I have no idea why my other app passed but not the one i am currently about to submit?

[UPDATED] Turned off extension worked as mentioned here.
