Has anyone faced an issue in their webhook payload is coming through as null or blank?
We’ve been encountering this issue for the past 3-4 days. After upgrading my application from Shopify API version 2025-04 to 2025-07, it’s affecting our subscription workflow. If anyone has experienced this before or found a solution, please share your insights.

Hey @WebcontriveApps, are you noticing this with just the orders/updated webhook? I have another report here, but I was unable to replicate Order Update Webhook Payload is empty

I need to handle the webhook payload not only in this webhook but also in other webhooks, such as products/update, subscription_contract_update, and customers/update.
Thanks @WebcontriveApps, in this case, I would suggest reaching out to our support teams directly, sharing the webhook ID that didn’t return the expected payload so we can take a closer look in to the shop and find out why this is happening.
