Expiring access token Log

Hi there,

I run two apps and I just received a reminder that I need to migrate 381 token on one app, and 1519 on another… but I actually migrated all the active stores and I can not refresh closed ones for example.

So I have two questions

  1. The emails states “You can find a full list of your API calls with non-expiring tokens” and points to an URL that does not work. The URL seems from another app, so I assume that I should be able to understand from the App Logs calls with non-expiring tokens but there is no trace about that.

  2. January 1, 2027: Non-compliant apps are de-listed, but what does that acually mean? I migrated all active stores and all requests are already using the expiring access token, yet on the dashboard I see “Deprecated offline token” on the app but there is no way to check the actual requests … the “Deprecated offline token” access token should be clickable and should directly open a list of the calls otherwise is a jump in the dark guys…

Thanks,
Andrea

I received this as well, the number of shops listed in the email exceeds the number of installs for my app. I migrated a while ago and the alert disappeared off my Dev Dashboard and is still gone, so I think I really did get them all. I think the email is a mistake. We are also discussing it Migrating from non expiring to expiring access tokens - #158 by Soufiane_Ghzal

I have received similar emails too, but upon clicking “full list of your API calls with non expiring tokens here”, I get a 403 forbidden page.

Exactly, the link is wrong - seems from another Partner :man_facepalming: … so by looking at the URL structure I understand that these should be on the logs. Having a link right from the “Deprecated offline tokenFix by Jan 1, 2027” warning would be ideal actually
