Facing 500 issue when run "Shopify app dev"

I was working with customer-account extension in sandbox environment for development. Suddenly the server stopped and try to start the server again throws 500 error

The error states:
The App Management GraphQL API responded unsuccessfully with the HTTP status 500 and errors:

“Internal Server Error”

Reques ID: 1a….

Is this from shopify side issue or my side? If it’s my side how can i resolve it?

I saw a 500 error while running shopify app deploy, and the Dev Dashboard wouldn’t load. I’d say it’s on Shopify’s side.
