A continuation of this issue back from 2022:
There seems to be not too much support/documentation around the carrierService as we hoped.
We are currently sending data through line-item properties but this is a brittle solution, as customers can just remove the items holding the data necessary for the carrierService price calculation.
A more robust solution would be for us to have access to cart attributes through the data sent by Shopify via the callbackURL, but as of today we haven’t figured out how.
Is this something that it’s on the roadmap or something we can workaround a more robust solution other than doing line-item properties on random items ?
