As compras feitas pelo onemobile não são puxadas pelo yampi, aparecem nos pedidos no shopify, mas não no yampi

Hi Luke, im having trouble to see my orders on yampy, only the orders from onemobile. The shopify support send me here to post my problem, theyre saying to integrate onemobile on yampi, but i dont know how
Hey @Lucas_Amato, thanks for reaching out. Hopefully I’m understanding correctly here, but just to confirm, you have a flow like this set up?
OneMobile creates the order, then imports it into Shopify, then Yampi imports it from Shopify?
Did you set up your Yampi connection or was this done through Yampi directly or a third party developer? Are other OneMobile orders missing in Yampi too, or just this one? If it was set up with the help of a developer or Yampi/OneMobile directly, your best bet would be to reach out to them to assist. Generally, the community here is for assistance with Shopify’s APIs/Developer Tools and this seems like it may have been more of an issue with the Yampi connection.
Happy to dig into this further if you’re open to sharing some more information on how this was set up though, hope to hear from you soon!

It is basicaly as u said, but Yampi told me they not import from shopfy, only orders came from yampi checkout appear. One mobile does not integrate yampi checkout : (
Hey @Lucas_Amato, thanks for the follow-up. Based on what Yampi shared, it seems like they only surface orders that originate from their own checkout, and since OneMobile doesn’t integrate with Yampi checkout, Shopify is creating the orders correctly but Yampi isn’t set up to import them.
The best next step is to work directly with Yampi (and/or OneMobile) to enable an integration path, either Yampi pulling Shopify orders via their API/webhooks or OneMobile routing checkout through Yampi if supported. I’ll mark this as solved on the Shopify end of things, but if Yampi/OneMobile provide different guidance, feel free to ping me and we can dig back in.
