@jason_engage Hi bro, no matter how the folks explain these thoughts, GraphQL is definitely making things more complex and messy right now. My biggest confusion is that webhooks are still using the REST-style (snake_case) format, even though the REST API has been fully deprecated.
@Lory_J Lol right? When I mentioned that earlier, they were like, huh what are you talking about? This forum is pretty useless because its gatekeeping the real shopify developers away and managed by a friendly forum support guy (hey did check out this online doc!?) and a couple random project managers pop in from time to time to tell us they are working on stuff.
Yeah imagine switching all your code to support the new graphql property names and still having to support the old rest property names as well. I shouldnât laugh because it haunts me as well.
