We’ve run into an issue with our Shopify app listing. The translated versions of our app listing (e.g., German, Spanish, etc.) are not appearing publicly, even though they have been properly added through the Partner Dashboard.
We’ve double-checked that:
- All translations were submitted and saved.
- Each language version is fully filled out (titles, descriptions, features, pricing, etc.).
- The listing is already published and live.
But when we visit the app listing URL or preview it, it only shows the English version no matter the browser language or location.
We’re looking for:
- Any advice from developers who have successfully gotten multilingual listings working.
- Any tips on what technical requirements Shopify expects for translations to properly display.
- Or a recommendation for someone who could help debug this.
