Hitting the app dev issue

Hi Everyone,

I am hitting the npm run dev issue in my app. First I think it is the issue in my app toml file but i ran the same cmd in other apps there was the same issue. Could you please suggest me the solutions of this. First it was working good. I changed nothing in the toml file.
