Could you share a bit more detail about where the Group block is placed and what its settings are? I tried reproducing this with the Group block inside a Custom section section, but I haven’t been able to replicate it.

Here is the full settings for the group block and structure.
Can we give you access to the store via a collaborator account if you are not able to replicate?
We can’t access a shop’s admin unless you contact us through help.shopify.com.
What kind of section is the “About” section?
If you can provide exact replication steps that would be helpful.
I was able to replicate this issue with the “Split showcase” section.
