Blog Posts section is not available & missing from Horizon theme. Thanks.
Edit: Currently, there is no inbuilt way to render a Blog Post block therefore section away from the Blog template.
I wouldn’t say it’s missing. It just wasn’t chosen to be included.

i used the AI thingy to make a blog posts section - worked ok - but i agree - it should be included 
seems a bit silly to have a whole section of a website unavailable in the base templates

Understand it may be intentional to get user feedback & change direction. You could also argue that the feature wasn’t ready.
Currently, there is no inbuilt way to render a blog post block therefore section away from the Blog template.
Also used AI with mixed results! Currently it cannot handle using existing site structure & schema settings.
lol - yeah thats about the state of AI everywhere - cute, but if you dont know how to read and edit code you end up with some pretty weird stuff sometimes
