Hi, what would be the best way to host Shopify Remix UI Extension app for testing on multiple shops? As I understand, I would have to host the backend somewhere and then get the distribution link for the app in the developer dashboard?

During development, you can use Cloudflare or ngrok.
Before publishing to the App Store, you must deploy your app to a server accessible via a domain name. Depending on your needs, you can use Heroku, Fly.io, AWS, or other cloud services.
