We are trying to test our app for cash on delivery orders, but can’t find a way to process it.

You can’t test orders using manual payment methods on development stores. This includes cash and custom payments on Shopify POS, this is a limitation that is described in our docs here: https://help.shopify.com/en/partners/dashboard/managing-stores/test-orders-in-dev-stores#ways-to-test-orders
As a workaround you could create a regular store and just use it for the trial period?
We are trying to test our Draft app with COD orders but can’t do that on a development store, Can we install a Draft app (i.e. which is not live on the app store) on the Tiral store?
If it’s a custom app, you can use this flow to install the app onto a regular merchant store that’s on a trial plan: Select a distribution method
