How do u get the "fallback" market web presence when primary market is deprecated?

Hi, I’m still confused by the new markets api update and need your help.

The concept of “primary market” now has become “backup region”, but I can’t find any query to get the “fallback” market web presence associated to the backup region.

FYI, many users of our app weren’t even aware that they need to assign languages to a market. So we let app to pick the “default” market and assign languages for users. This was easily done with primary market.

BuyerContext determines which markets the buyer matches with. Fallback is an all or nothing approach where the buyer either matches some markets or doesn’t and buyer context gets rebuilt with fallback region. Responders would take buyer context and surface the correct experience based on the markets the buyer matches with and responder specific tie breaking.
