How to add the custom link into new customer account UI and the main navigation bar dropdown

Hi,
I am facing challenges for the new requirement from my client.

I have prepared the Shopify Remix App and hosted.
Now I am developing the New Customer Account UI extension where I want to prepare a custom link which should be placed as given in the linked image.
Could anyone help me please to accomplish?
Some steps could also be helpful to me!

Hi Annex,

Are you looking to have the link on the profile drop-down? If so, I don’t think we currently have an extension target for that specifically. The closest I can see would be the Customer details or the Addresses targets that are shown here: https://shopify.dev/docs/api/customer-account-ui-extensions/2025-01/extension-targets-overview#profile-default

I think the suggested way of managing menus in Customer Accounts are on the client’s hand - so maybe add some suggesting/helping text for your client to add it themselves via Content → Menus (/content/menus/)?

But I was thinking for customer account UI top navigation as like we have as highlighted i.e. Profile, Settings or Logout, I want to add some custom link like, Loyalty Dashboard which can redirect me to another page within customer account UI or some external page.
