How to get the multi store location as per delivery address change in checkout extension

Hello Team!
Hope you are doing awesome!!

I have one task assigned to act on delivery address or shipping address change, where I have to apply template ids accordingly which have the functionality to get data based on different location as per the template ids which must be set on Location change within checkout’s Delivery or shipping address change.

I have done R&D with all aspects found within Shopify DOCs. but no help found yet.

Could anyone please help me?

Have you looked at the checkout UI extension docs for delivery? It seems like you should be able subscribe to these changes and then apply metafields or attributes to set your appropriate template IDs.
