Does anyone know how I can have two merchants in the same store that uses marketplaces and sells in the USA and Canada, with different prices and some products only available in one of the countries?

Hey @Javi, one domain can only connect to one Google Merchant Center account. This is a Google requirement.
What you can do is use Shopify Markets to create market-specific product feeds within your single Merchant Center account. The Google & YouTube Channel automatically generates separate feeds for each market (US feed, Canada feed, etc.) with market-specific pricing, currency, and product availability.
