How do you integrate another brand owners site products into my own site, and vice versa. Both mutually agreeing to it. Without accounting/payment being an issue and separate for each store. Our other partners products would show up on our site and the checkout goes through their system. vice versa. i googled this and it mentions API product sync + external checkout as a method. or a buy button/ external checkout. Please advise if there are better ways to do this and how to set up the structure? Thank you.

Live sync is fine. basically two different stores - one is clothing, the other is supplments. and each to showcase each others products. and check out would go to the original store owner source. any recommendations?
Maybe you can add new buy button on your product detail page for that shop？LIke buy on amazon . what do you think?
actual live sync is not possible without inventory app, better you can do that manually for critical inventory items like those sell fast, rest it will be just code to send user to original store checkout when they click on buy now for an item of other store
