I am not able to approve the test charge app subscription for shopify plus development store

I am creating the appSubscription with test=true for the development stores. It works fine for all type of live stores and basic, advanced or grow plan development stores. I am able to successfully created the appSubscription and can approve it. With Shopify plus development store, I am able to create appSubscription but when I tried to approved charge, It gives the error that “This feature isn’t currently available for your store”

Can you please help me with this as we are facing this since long time and it makes it hard to test some features of our app.
