Dear BFS team and all the community memebers,
We have received feedback from the BFS team stating that we have the following problem.
“Create high quality links: All links to your app from the Create discount button on the discounts page must direct to a page in your embedded app where merchants can create the corresponding discount. These pages must follow all relevant App Design Guidelines.”
The thing is that our app does not allow store manager to manually create discount codes. They are exclusively created by our backend in an automated way.
Should we just ignore that piece of feedback from BFS team? Our should we put a note somewhere?

Trying to understand this one a bit more, for:

Is this the Discounts page that is part of the regular admin, or a page in your app? Are you using an extension on this page?
It’s referring to the discounts page within the Shopify admin, in the create modal which pops up when you click ‘Create discount’. Function based apps optionally appear here underneath the native discount options.
@Viacheslav_Sabirov - ensure that you have toggled off creation, using enable_create = false , such that your discounts don’t appear in the aforementioned pop up.
@Liam-Shopify - the wording seems to suggest, that if you toggle off enable_create, this rule should not apply. However, it may be possible that the BFS want to require creation through this interface. Both are viable, but I can see how for certain experiences, it can cause confusion.
