`@inContext` directive supports visitor consent for privacy-compliant checkouts

The @inContext directive now includes a visitorConsent parameter, allowing developers to pass buyer consent preferences—such as analytics, preferences, marketing, and sale of data—to cart operations. This consent information is automatically encoded into the resulting checkoutUrl, ensuring privacy compliance throughout the checkout process.
