Inventory adjustment history missing in reports

Hi,

I noticed a discrepancy in the inventory adjustment history between Products > Inventory and Reports.

Is this a known issue? I couldn’t find similar posts.

Thanks for the detailed write-up and screenshots. We’ve seen similar reports as this reported.

The best path forward here is to have the affected merchant reach out to our support team directly through the Shopify Help Center. Our support teams have the ability to investigate the shop’s data directly.

When they reach out, it’ll help to include:

  • The inventory_item_id and location_id (the ones from your report query work)
  • The specific dates/times where the admin history and report don’t match
  • A mention that entries are visible in admin adjustment history but missing from the inventory_adjustment_history report

This will help the support team get to the right place quickly.
