Currently I’m using “Upcart cart drawer” app. And I wanna change the price format for French version. For example “123,45 $” instead of “$123.45”. Is there a way to implement this.I tried to do this on the theme by replacing html content after the page is rendered.But it didn’t look like a good way.

Could be some ways, but the easiest regarding apps would most likely be to contact the app developer. There should be a contact link in the app or the app listing.
The app most likely reads your store’s price format directly, so usually you only need to change your store’s price format: Settings > General > Currency display > Change Currency Format
Most likely. I understood the question as the app currency format what different from the rest of the frontend.
