Hi everyone,
I noticed a change in checkout behavior recently and wanted to confirm if this is an official update from Shopify.
Earlier, when all products were removed from the checkout, the customer was redirected to the homepage. However, now when the last product is removed, the checkout redirects to the cart page instead.
This behavior started around Feb 2, and no changes were made on our theme or apps.
Is this a recent platform-level change related to checkout or checkout UI extensions?
Would appreciate any confirmation or official reference.
