Issue with accessing stores

Hi

Im currently getting the following error when trying to access stores either as a user or collaborator

" 500 error |There’s a problem loading this page

There’s a technical problem with Shopify that has prevented this page from loading. Try reloading this page or going to another page in Shopify. If that doesn’t work, visit our status page for updates and try again later.

How do I get passed this or is this something Shopify is aware and working on?

Bump, also having this issue.

So managed to resolve this. its because 2 Step Authentication wasn’t set up. Once set up this resolved the issue
