We are seeing an issue where the app proxy isn’t forwarding requests to our app correctly since earlier this morning. App proxy requests are returning a 500 but they never hit our servers. We aren’t updated to the Next-Gen Dev Platform yet but the symptoms seem very similar to the issue observed here: App proxy doesn't work after Next-Gen Dev Platform migration
In dev and other apps we have it seems to work fine.
