Lighthouse Bad Content Type, Missing Content-Security-Policy and other server related errors

Hey there.

We use ScreamingFrog for SEO issues. It returns Bad Content Type, Content-Security-Policy Header, Missing Secure Referrer-Policy Header and Missing X-Content-Type-Options Header errors. Are those real issues? Do they really pose any threat to the website security or performance?
