My name is Steven, and I’m reaching out on behalf of Cainiao North America, the U.S. division of Cainiao Network, Alibaba Group’s global logistics arm.
We are currently seeking to connect with the Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) team to explore opportunities to join as a third-party logistics (3PL) partner. Our goal is to support Shopify merchants with efficient, scalable fulfillment and delivery solutions across the U.S.
About Cainiao Supply Chain US: Cainiao is one of the world’s largest e-commerce logistics providers. Our U.S. operations focus on last-mile delivery and destination fulfillment across key regions including California, Florida, New York, and Chicago. We operate self-managed sorting hubs, trucking fleets, and DSP networks, and specialize in cross-border and domestic e-commerce logistics. Our services are built for high-speed, cost-effective parcel movement tailored for e-commerce needs.
