The form fields have really, really, ton of inconsistent spacing when mixing them, in addition to inconsistent label size:
As of today, trying to use Polaris form fields just give a weird user experience. I think more work should be done on ensuring that all combinations properly flows. I still believe, as I have said in another thread, that having a parent component would make this immensely easier (and would also handle all the compleixities of split fields and so on, and would also open the door for a simpler customizations of fields on the parent).
