Hey there, Function based manual codes appear to not be showing up in draft orders. We’ve had 6 merchant support requests in the last 10 minutes - so it looks like it’s a merchant-wide impact.
Some of our merchants have reported the same issue as well. Discount codes created by 3rd party apps (function based) are not showing up while processing draft orders. Native Shopify discount codes show up.
