Markets - Multiple countries in a market & The rest of the world selectable in a dropdown

Hi all,

We are building a shop with Theme Prestige (Allure).

Our client wants to set up two markets:

  • Market 1: Spain (ES), Belgium (BE), and France (FR)
  • Market 2: Rest of the world (we used the International market)

Additionally, we want customers to be able to manually select which country they belong to in the country selector as ES, BE, FR or Rest of the world. Based on this selection, the shop should display a different sales period (e.g., discounts active in Market 1 but not yet in Market 2).

The set-up of market one has worked and in the front-end we now have a country selector where the visitor can choose ES, BE, or FR. But we can not select International.

It does show in the checkout, the ability to select a country. But we need to show the different sales period before the customer reaches checkout.

Were using Fantastic Market Discounts for the pricing per market.

Our questions:

  1. What is the best way to implement a country selector so that customers can choose between 3 countries or The rest of the world? And correct pricing market can be shown?
  2. Are there any Shopify apps that support this functionality?
  3. Are there any other best practices to efficiently solve this issue?
