Menu is not working on mobile

Hi,

I have been setting up a webshop in Shopify for a client, with the theme Baseline. And now all of a sudden the menu is not opening up, when clicked on mobile devices. I am not a developer myself, but a designer – so having difficulties fixing it.

How ever, the consol says following (and similar expressions):

How would you fix it? It is really bad for the client, as it is their webshop.

Thanks a lot for your reply.
It seems that the problem is only showing on some phones (newer iPhones) – but it is still a problem and we did not solve it yet – however Switch are now on it
