Our mini is working perfectly fine on our local. However, whenever Shopify team tests after a submission, they get an error message displayed. We have not been able to identify the problem.
Did anyone encounter this and might know how to solve it?

The error message displayed is “Sorry, I encountered an error. Please try again.” coming directly in the chat (our mini is an AI personal shopper). But this message does not come from our backend or prompts.
We did not see any errors in console.
And yes I can confirm that we tested on both Android and iOS. No frontend bugs were detected, only what appears to be a miscommunication with our backend.
I would also like to note that the mini is working perfectly fine on our local. This was only detected on your testing environment.
