Cloudflare Issue on Mobile App

Reproduction steps

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Kent Mobile app in Android Device.

2.Click on Login
3.Now Verifying displays continuously and got stuck with an error.
Expected: User should login by entering Email and Passcode. Verification is not expected.

Build: 0.1.57
Device: iPhone 16 pro

Additional info

The Kent Mobile App is intermittently blocked by Cloudflare, resulting in errors when users add items to the cart.
Users see a Cloudflare error page and the app freezes, which is believed to be caused by Cloudflare incorrectly flagging legitimate customers as bots during cart activity.
This is actively impacting at least one major customer, who is becoming increasingly frustrated.

What is the “Kent Mobile App” - can you share context on that?

Hi Liam,

The Kent Mobile App is our mobile device app that we use for our business. www.kent-automotive.com While customers are adding items to their cart they get the Cloudflare error message, regarding trying to verify identity. At that point, the error screen never goes away and the user has to force close the app and then reopen. Is this something that you can help us with? We have been facing this since January and it is becoming very frustrating.
