NFC Wallet Pass Support

Hi,

Coming from a company called PassEntry where we issue Apple/Google wallet passes with NFC/QR. We’ve seen with Shopify POS we can create a plugin that can scan QR codes, but we would like to also add NFC taps following Apple/Google protocols. Is this something Shopify POS supports or how could we work to get this integrated.

Hi Tom,

From digging into this, it doesn’t look like it’s POS currently supports creating extensions that allow for NFC taps - but the product team are aware of this feature request, so it may be possible in future releases.
