Partner Directory / Experts Marketplace Eligibility

Hello Shopify Partner Support Team,

I would like to understand the general eligibility criteria and process for being listed in the Shopify Partner Directory / Experts Marketplace.

Currently, I do not see any option in the Partner Dashboard to enable or manage Partner Directory visibility. Could you please clarify:

  1. Whether the Partner Directory / Experts Marketplace is enabled automatically or by invitation only

  2. If there is a minimum requirement in terms of live stores, referrals, or account activity

  3. Whether partners based in India can apply, or if the listing is region-restricted

  4. If there is any application or review process available for partners who want to be considered

Being listed on the Partner Directory is invite-only currently and these are the requirements for receiving an invite:

To receive an invitation, you must:

  • Maintain good standing: Adhere to the terms outlined in our Partner Program Agreement.
  • Demonstrate active contribution: Actively contribute to merchant growth by fulfilling at least one of the following criteria within the past 12 months:
    • Successfully complete 5 or more referrals to Shopify merchants.
    • Work directly with 50 or more active merchants.

There is no limitation I’m aware of that relates to regions so developers from India are very welcome :slight_smile:
