Hi, i’m working on Appmax and i have an issue with the financial_status. Some partners that are using Bling informed us that canceled orders are maintaining the financial_status with “pending” value after the paymentSession being rejected. However, since the paymentReject was processed and Shopify responded positively to these requests, the financial_status should have been changed according to Shopify’s own documentation. Is any further action required from the partner/merchant view to update this status? Could you help us with this issue?
Nonetheless, the mutation PaymentSessionResolve is working properly, the issue is only with the reject mutation.
