POS Pro billing issue with Development store created using dev dashboard

For development store created using the new dev dashboard, the POS Pro requires manual subscription activation (despite no payment method attached).

Previously, the development store created using partner dashboard will have POS Pro included (without needing to upgrade in the POS sales channel).

I have managed to subscribe POS Pro on the new development store (using new dev dashboard), without having a payment method. But now I kept getting email about the unpaid bill for POS Pro everyday, with no way to cancel the POS Pro subscription :sweat_smile: . Anything I can do about this? (I subscribed POS Pro to test my own app POS extension on POS)

Update on this: it’s on our radar to add support for POS Pro for testing with dev stores created via the new dev dash. I can’t say exactly when this will be supported but I’ll update here once it is.

Would it be possible to remove the POS pro and related bill from my development store? (ibex-basic.myshopify.com) I just noticed my development store got frozen because of the POS Pro subscription.

We have just shipped support for POS Pro now so you should be able to set this up without requiring a subscription.

Thanks for the update Liam! Would it be possible to remove the incurred POS Pro subscription charge on my development store? (store URL : ibex-basic.myshopify.com) , my development store is frozen and I can’t access it at the moment.
