Post purchase Extension don't work in production only

Hello, currently and i don’t know why but the post purchase extension don’t work once it’s in production.

But when in dev it work well. I already requested the api access and i got the full access but it’s still don’t know and i really don’t know why.

So if someone have some information, thanks in advance

Is your app a public or custom app, and is the production store a Plus store? Our docs say that:

All merchants can install apps from the Shopify App Store that use post-purchase checkout extensions. Only Plus merchants can install custom apps which use post-purchase checkout extensions.

Hello !

Draft currently, but it’s gonna be for public not custom but i’m stuck because everytime i check in production nothing appear so can’t send for review and i really don’t know why

Also It’s to implement to my main app which is already public, but i can’t get the api access on it so they said to create another app to get the access on the main one.
