I am writing a post-purchase product offer checkout extension and wanted merchants to be able to test it on their live website before making the campaign live? Is there anyway except putting the payment gateway in test mode?

It looks like, on a live store, the only option for testing is to set a payment gateway to test mode to test the post-purchase extension. There is no alternative I can find (such as a merchant-only preview or staging mode) for testing post-purchase extensions on a live store without affecting real orders. Will make sure this is raised as a feature request if it’s not already on ur radar to support.
Got it Liam. This would be really helpful for merchants to test features live post checkout on their live site and for app developers to debug any issues
