there is a store whose product catalog generation via GraphQL bulk operation is constantly failing for a couple of weeks now. This is a strange case because the product catalog is not particularly large.

The error code is INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR.

I’ve taken a look at these Bulk Operations and they do appear to be valid queries, formatted correctly for Bulk Operations. However in order for us to be able to help look into this further from our end, we will need you to reach out to our Support Team directly so we can fully authenticate on the app and store in question and help look into this with you in further detail.
You can reach out via the Shopify Help Center and let them know the App and Store name where this is happening, and our Developer Support team can absolutely help further!
Additionally when you reach out, please provide them with a link to this thread, and also advise them to reach out to myself directly via internal channels, and I can provide them with more context on the error that’s occurring on our end to help the investigation.
