It seems like Shopify incremental sync webhooks (product_feeds/incremental_sync) are not getting triggered on inventory update. This was working fine some days ago. Any changes to the webhook for this ?
I’ve looked into this reported issue with the product_feeds/incremental_sync webhook with our developers internally, and I can confirm that there was an issue preventing these webhooks from firing, and that our developers have looked into further yesterday and have now confirmed that the issue should be resolved.
If you are still not receiving the expected webhooks moving forward, I would recommend reaching out to our Shopify Support Team, via the Shopify Help Center, with a specific example including the following information, and we can absolutely help look into it further.
- The name of the app and store that subscribed the webhook
- The webhook subscription id, or the webhook callback URL
- An example and timestamp of a specific product update that should have triggered the webhook. This can be a link to the product in question, or details from an API call that updated the product.

I’m glad to hear it’s resolved now! I can’t give any details about the issue itself due to our security policies, but it was something that we started investigating on Monday November 3rd and had fixed by Tuesday November 4th.
