Thanks for reaching out. Before we dive in to the issue I want to note that the community here is tailored for developers building on Shopify. For general questions like inventory management may be better posted in our merchant community
To answer your question though, here are some things you can look in to:
- Check Product Status and Availability:
- Go to your Shopify admin.
- Navigate to Products and select the products showing this issue.
- Ensure the product status is set to Active .
- In the Sales Channels and apps section, confirm the product is available on the Online Store .
- Verify Inventory Levels:
- Check the inventory quantity for each product.
- If inventory tracking is enabled, make sure there is stock available.
- If the inventory is zero, the product will show as sold out.
- Review Theme Settings:
- Some themes display sale labels based on compare-at prices and sale prices.
- Make sure your sale prices and compare-at prices are set correctly.
- Preview with Consistent Images and Settings:
- Sometimes, product images or tags can affect display.
- Ensure all product images have consistent aspect ratios.
