one of our client facing issue of refund , as in 99% cases, when client do create refund
we do get kind as refund and status as paid, but in one case client’s refund status is shwoing pending, and it’s created on 20th january 2026.
today morning on 21st it was showing status as pending, and when i fetched it in the evening it is showing success,
how much time a refund takes to reflect status as success?.
as mostly we have got instant success status on client’s refunds
Hey @Navneet_Chauhan, refund timing depends entirely on which payment gateway is processing it. While most refunds settle instantly, some can take 12-24+ hours to process.
