We are developing an OAuth-based integration that allows merchants to connect their Shopify store to our SaaS platform.
Our application needs to access Shopify staff user information in order to map store users to our internal user management system. For this purpose, we require the read_users Admin API scope.
Currently the scope is not available when installing the app and the API does not return user data.
Use case:
We need to read Shopify staff users so that we can synchronize store administrators with our platform for access governance and auditing.
Could you please enable the read_users scope for our application or guide us through the approval process?
