Shop metafield definitions and values are now be exposed in the Shopify Admin UI, making them more accessible and manageable by merchants.

I see this entry refers to both “definitions and values” but the changelog entry itself only refers to definitions. I’ve not been able to find any way to edit the values for shop metafields in the admin (without an app) – checking in case someone else has seen this somewhere?
